Sharing a safari with your children is one of the most rewarding investments you can make into their lives.
Of course, kids require special attention - especially if parents hope for time on their own during the safari. Some reserves and lodges do not permit children, and others do, within limitations. Certain lodges cater for children, and others do not. And certain lodges permit children but exclude younger children from participating in certain activities.

We live here, in Africa, and have been doing this since 1991. Travel in Africa is about knowing when and where to go, and with whom. A few weeks too early / late or a few kilometers off course and you could miss the greatest show on Earth. And wouldn’t that be a pity?
